Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for most regions. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose from various shipping methods with accelerated delivery times. Please note that additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.
We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it can happen from time to time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement.
In the rare event that an item arrives to you incorrect i.e wrong size, misspelled ect. please contact us at info@secretlashstudio.com immediately and we'll do everything to make it right.

We understand that sometimes circumstances changes. If you need to update your shipping adress, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We ship orders within a 24 hr timeframe or less. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Deposits for trainings are non-refundable. When your order finishes processing and begins its journey to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing a tracking link.
