Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please contact us if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take it back within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Returns Instructions
- Returns must be made within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- Please contact us at secretlashstudiodtx@gmail.com and specify your order number in the email subject line- this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.
- In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
- Please note that return labels are only available for returns made in the US.
- Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages to secretlashstudiodtx@gmail.com

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Deposits for trainings are non-refundable.
